All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

India-wide delivery: 5-7 business days (standard shipping). Shipping is free on all orders. Express options available upon request.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed shoes in original packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@orchidfootwear.com or message on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a prepaid return label (reverse shipping covered by us).
- Ship the item back to us in original condition.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we can arrange an exchange at only 1 side shipping cost . Just reach out with your order number and preferred size/color.
Non-Returnable Items
- Shoes worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
